Hari Prasad Koirala of Kavre, Annaikot-4, sits on the lane of Ratna Park, came to capital for his medical check-up during general strike called by Newa Tamsaling Joint Struggle Committee on wednesday April 27,2011 in Nepal, demanding the promulgation of the new statute within May 28 and guarantee of rights of the indigenous communities in the new constitution.
